| Scallops Adobo |
Adobo is a traditional Filipino dish that is delicious and simple to cook. I've cooked pork and chicken adobo but cooking scallops adobo is a "first" for me.
Cooking Scallops Adobo just took me 10 minutes to cook. It's so easy I promise! :)
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup- Sheared Scallops
2 Cloves- Garlic
1/2 Small Size- Onion
2 Tbsp- Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp- Vinegar
2 Tbsp- Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp- Oyster Sauce
1/3 Cup- Water
1/3 Cup- Chicken Broth
2 Pcs- Bay Leaves
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Spring Onion (garnish)
Cooking Procedure:
- Saute garlic and onion in heated pan with cooking oil.
- Add the sheared scallops, stir.
- Add water and let it simmer for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, stir and let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar (don't stir) and let it simmer for another minute.
- Add bay leaves and ground black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and add spring onion for garnish.
