Scallops Adobo

Adobo is a traditional Filipino dish that is delicious and simple to cook. I've cooked pork and chicken adobo but cooking scallops adobo is a "first" for me.

Cooking Scallops Adobo just took me 10 minutes to cook. It's so easy I promise! :)

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup- Sheared Scallops
2 Cloves- Garlic
1/2 Small Size- Onion
2 Tbsp- Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp- Vinegar
2 Tbsp- Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp- Oyster Sauce
1/3 Cup- Water
1/3 Cup- Chicken Broth
2 Pcs- Bay Leaves
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Spring Onion (garnish)

Cooking Procedure:
  1. Saute garlic and onion in heated pan with cooking oil.
  2. Add the sheared scallops, stir.
  3. Add water and let it simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth, stir and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and vinegar (don't stir) and let it simmer for another minute.
  6. Add bay leaves and ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and add spring onion for garnish.
Enjoy cooking and Eating!:)
